Description

New generation RUTLAND wind turbine with 3 blades instead of the historical 6 at MARLEc

The Rutland 1200 charges from 5 knots of wind, produces 40W with 10 knots. At 21.5 knots, it produces 290 W and

It automatically cuts out from 29 knots (483 W). It is therefore a particularly efficient wind turbine.

On the Rutland 1200, Marlec has chosen perfectly balanced thermoformed blades. Which should make it very quiet.

With a diameter of 1.20 m, the Rutland 1200 is a large format wind turbine suitable for large boats.

The Rutland 1200 comes with a hybrid wind and solar MPPT regulator to optimize battery charging. This regulator also has the ability to charge two separate battery banks.
